At Soul Shift, we believe that meaningful change begins with a shift — a new way of seeing yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions.

Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through CBT, you will learn to notice unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. Through DBT, you will develop practical skills to manage strong emotions, stay mindful in the moment, and navigate relationships more effectively.
